Masvingo's multi-talented artists Ngoni Chinovava affectionately known in the arts industry as Baba Rah is riding high on his single track; 'Muranda'.
The youthful artist told TellZim News that the song is motivated by real life situation and what transpires in our day to day living.
"I wrote the song 'Muranda' after I closely looked at the situation in our communities. One cannot be a good leader if he/she doesn't have an understanding of what poor people or his followers are going through.
"Kana uchida kutungamira chita…wototanga wave muranda. Ungagoziva sei kuti zvinoda shirikadzi nenherera. If you want to be a leader you must first be a slave. If not so then how will you know what widows and orphans feel," sang some of the lines in the song.
The track is one of his best and was produced by C Clear on Tears of life riddim in June this year.
Baba Rah promised to drop an album before the end of this year and said he can do whatever he can to make sure that his fans get good music. He also added that he would like to educate and entertain through arts.
Besides music, Chinovava is a choreographer, a poet and an an actor.news
