MWENEZI - Luckmore Chifumuro (18) and another unidentified inmate recently escaped from Mwenezi Satellite Prison only for Chifumuro to be rearrested after being found hidding at his relative's homestead, the Mwenezi Magistrate Court heard last week.
Chifumuro resides at Jonas village under Chief Maranda and when he escaped, he was doing time for theft. He had earlier disappeared before finishing the initial community service sentence.
